We partner with clinical groups to educate and inform patients on Medicare basics, as well as Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans. We explain to patients how Medicare works while keeping them apprised of the plans your clinic accepts, and also demonstrate the financial benefits of Medicare Advantage plans compared to Original Medicare.
We represent a broad selection of Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement carriers and can help your patients find the coverage that best fits their needs while allowing them to remain a patient of your clinic. Call for a list of companies that we represent 1-855-I-TURN-65 (488-7665) or 503-691-2978.
Three very important timeframes for Medicare beneficiaries are Initial Enrollment Period (IEP), Annual Enrollment (AEP), and Open Enrollment Period (OEP).
IEP stands for Initial Enrollment Period and is the seven month window that beneficiaries have when they are first turning 65, to enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan.
AEP stands for Annual Enrollment Period and runs from October 15 through December 7.
OEP stands for Open Enrollment Period and is a different timeframe for Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement.
- Medicare Advantage OEP is available for new beneficiaries, but the annual one runs from January 1 through March 31.
- Medicare Supplement OEP is the first six months after a beneficiary becomes eligible for Part B.
There is a significant need for current Medicare beneficiaries and those about to turn 65 to understand all of the changes that take place from one year to the next. This is evidenced by many patients bringing stacks of materials to their doctors, asking for help in choosing the appropriate plan.
Is your clinic doing anything for your patients as they approach becoming eligible for Medicare? Or providing them information on the Medicare changes each year and which plans you accept?
We specialize in working with Medicare patients and those about to enter into Medicare. We provide FREE Medicare Informational presentations throughout the year, more frequently during AEP. We represent almost all of the MA plans in the Portland metropolitan area with the exception of one that doesn’t allow brokers to offer their plans. There is no charge to your clinic or to your patients for these Medicare presentations.
Choosing to do business with us gives your clinic and Medicare eligible patients the materials needed to make better informed choices and expert guidance throughout the entire process. We have years of experience and expertise with Medicare. These are some of the things that separate us from others who work with Medicare eligible individuals.
We can help you create a communication plan to better serve your patients that will be aging into Medicare, as well as those already on it, at NO COST. Please give us a call 1-855-I-TURN-65 (488-7665) or 503-691-2978.
